The concept of a turnkey house means that the developer undertakes all stages of the construction process, from project development to delivery of the finished property, including all finishing work and installation of necessary communications. POPULAR CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES

There are several technologies for building a turnkey house, here are some of them:

BRICK METHOD ↓

The classic method of construction using bricks. With this method, the house insulates sound well and retains heat, but requires more money and time to construct.

Pros:

  • high strength and reliability;
  • durability;
  • good thermal insulation and sound insulation;
  • the ability to create high-quality facades.

Minuses:

  • high construction costs;
  • slow construction;
  • labor-intensive process;
  • possibility of wall shrinkage.

MONOLITHIC METHOD ↓

This method of construction uses a concrete structure. In this case, walls, ceilings and stairs are formed from a single monolithic element, without the use of pre-fabricated blocks or panels. The method provides good strength and durability, but requires specialized equipment.

Pros:

  • Strength and durability. Monolithic concrete has high strength and can withstand heavy loads. Such a house can last for decades without the need for major repairs.
  • Good sound and heat insulation. Thanks to their homogeneous structure and the absence of seams, monolithic houses provide high sound and heat insulation, which creates comfortable living conditions.
  • Architectural freedom. Monolithic structures allow you to implement the most daring architectural and design solutions. It is possible to create non-standard shapes and curved lines.
  • Reducing construction time. Monolithic houses do not require a large number of different materials and elements. This allows for shorter construction times and lower costs.
  • Fire resistance: monolithic houses have high fire resistance due to the use of concrete and reinforcement.

However, to build a house using monolithic technology, you must have certain qualifications and work experience. It is also quite an expensive technology. Therefore, choosing this construction method requires careful consideration of all factors and professional advice.

AERED CONCRETE METHOD ↓

Aerated concrete blocks are used to build external walls and partitions. They are light, durable and well insulate noise and heat.

Pros:

  • low cost of materials;
  • ease and simplicity of installation;
  • good thermal insulation;
  • the ability to create high-quality facades.

Minuses:

  • limited strength and reliability;
  • the possibility of moisture and mold;
  • limited durability;
  • low sound insulation.

FRAME-MONOLITHIC METHOD ↓

A combination of frame and monolithic construction. The metal frame is combined with concrete walls, which provides strength and thermal insulation.

Pros:

  • combines the advantages of frame and monolithic methods;
  • high strength and reliability;
  • the ability to create various forms;
  • good thermal insulation.

Minuses:

  • high cost of construction compared to frame or monolithic methods;
  • complex construction process.

The choice of technology for building a turnkey house depends on several factors:
